The Marine Mammal Rescue (MMR) Husbandry Assistant Practicum Placement is for students required to
gain practical animal husbandry experience in the field of wildlife rehabilitation. This animal care role
provides animal husbandry assistance to the veterinary and research staff. Students work in conjunction
with the staff and volunteer teams. This position is also responsible for maintaining quarantine levels and
preventing cross contamination.
