Vets for Wildlife Networking Community

As an extension of WildlifeHealth.org, we have created a new online community for students and veterinarians who are interested in wildlife health and wildlife veterinary medicine.

The Vets for Wildlife community is a place for aspiring future wildlife vets to connect with each other and meet experienced wildlife vets that can help mentor them along their career journey. The path to entering the wildlife health field is not a single clearly defined route, and many students and recent grad vets feel a bit confused or overwhelmed trying to figure out how to break into a career with wildlife. Making connections with other professionals is by far the most helpful thing aspiring wildlife vets can do to successfully navigate their own unique career path.

If you are a vet student or early career veterinarian that would love to pursue a wildlife health career, OR if you are a wildlife veterinarian that would like to give back to the community by offering guidance and mentorship to the next generation of wildlife vets, the Vets for Wildlife Community is for you.
